Summary: According to Justin Pope a new "net price calculators" is invented to help students before they get acceptance from univerisities or colleges. It brings positive effects to parents. Thanks to this, parents who have child will get university can assume how much they will cost accurately.

According to Linda Parker, director of financial aid at Union College in New York, they have pretty good scholarship for students, so it's unaccurate and unfair. Private four year college's fee is $27,293 but they offered to students scholarship average $16,000 annually.

Also, writer made an example for reader Massachusetts family, the Medians, they chose school and entered in website their name and income and siblings who attend same school, the price became from $57,348 to $12,614.

But somepeople are against with this system. Kent Barnds, vice president of enrollment, communication and planning at Augustana College in Illinois, he said that parents tend to be connected with money and schools' value. He said that they should think about the quality of education not tuition.

The College Board set more than 300 colleges calculators and students input personal data it will measure the tuitions

Response: schools' tuition is getting higher and parents are getting worried so this system is pretty good to ready. However, as they relied on this system, they cannot realize the essence of education, just money. Before developing this system, government should decrease tuition first. They always mentioned the equality of opportunity but the tuition makes student not be equally.
