Many American cooperation are paying salary unfairly base on ethnic diversity and sexual. Women got less salary than men. This have occur over 40 years of discrimination outlaws. According to Bureau of labor statistic survey,black men earn 74%, Hispanic men earn 58%, White women earn 73%, Black woman earn 68%, Hispanic women earn 52%. Most of time women have to talk care of their children. This is might be the reason why they don't have an opportunity to get a promotion and higher salary. In addition,women are beginning to earn more college degree than men 45% ages around 25-34 compare with 36 % men that have a degree. Women still earn less that men even though they have the same education level. There are fewer women who majors in business, engineering than give higher salary. White man have the most power in business society. Business chief have to understand more about diversity in order to get a higher profit from international customer.

This information shows how the ethnic diversity impact people in daily life. I think this is unfair because people change their ethnic background. I also think the new generation can develop and change these kind of concept. It don't matter who you are or where you from. We just need the equality in our life.
